That two GBP boxers fights got cancelled b/c of failed drug tests that they requested only to give each opponent an easy opponent. Don't get me wrong ortiz is one of my favorites but come on it seems fishy, both cases.

How does that seem fishy? Golden Boy is probably the biggest promotor in the sport? Pretty much every other major fight is put on by them. . .

Also, as Kyle pointed out, it was the NON-GBP boxers who REQUESTED the damn drug tests?!

Garcia is not an easy opponent at all.

pederson was in the process of signing with Top Rank but he was a free agent at this point. Berto is with Lou. So bro stop chirping.

Is he? I didn't know that. . . I thought he was a free agent, and just working with them on a per fight basis?

Im not saying I don't believe you, cause I think you might be right. . . but are you sure he actually signed a contract with them? Or did he just sign a "per fight basis" with them for the Khan fight; so, after the Khan fight, he would be a free agent?

Do you have a link confirming this? I can't find him on the Golden Boy website in their stable of boxers.

peterson is NOT with gbp, or else they would have been informed of the + drug test.

MOst likely Golden Boy paid both step aside money, and used the failed drug test to fuel their ultimate goal, which is to throw dirt and **** on Manny and Bob any way possible
