Adrien Broner or Gary Russell Jr? Personally I think its quite clearly Broner but I've heard some saying they don't buy into Broner.

    So what do you think?

Yeah I highly rate Golovkin but these two seem to be the brightest american prospects.

GR Jr. He's the guy I pick. I've warmed up to Broner's skill set though. He's a Floyd wannabe and the sport of boxing doesn't need another Floyd type character for a good long while. I hope someone shuts this kid up soon. He wants to prove a point? He needs to fight Gamboa. If he KOs Gamboa, then I'd have to respect his **** because Gamboa is one of the best P4P young fighters in the game right now. I'd be interested in seeing that fight. Let Floyd promote that fight.

Quite surprising, I would have thought more people would have went for Broner.

To everyone who has give their opinion why do you think so, what is it about Russell Jr? Not saying you're wrong, I probably haven't even seen enough of him to be honest.

This doesn't have anything to do with Broner or Russell Jr but Ruslan Provodnikov (if I even spelled that right) is someone who caught my attention when he KOd some kid on FNF with the weirdest angled shot I've ever seen in my life. That was something special. I hear that he's one of Pac's sparring partners charged with getting him ready for Bradley. You guys can search for that KO shot on FNF and see what I'm talking about. I've never seen something done like that in all of my years of being a super die hard blood thirsty boxing fan. That dude Provodnikov is a beast

I think I remember him that but his opponent was pretty poor. I think he's had a few fights on FNF though so maybe I didn't see the same fight. How old is he?

His handspeed and his overall demeanor makes him more of a choice for me. I've had my fill of a cocky fighter who thinks he's unbeatable. Floyd Mayweather had to grow on me. Broner may grow on me but right now I just think he's a punk kid waiting to get his head knocked off. Russell is he total package. He's fast, he's intelligent, and his post fight interviews don't make me want to launch the remote right at the TV screen. I like that kid and I think he can do some major business in the lighter divisions. If he takes a loss, it won't be a big deal because he could learn from it, grow, and bounce back. Sometimes that's what we want to see from a fighter. We want to see how he deals with that 1st professional loss. We want to see if it makes him gunshy or more aggressive. We want to see tactical adjustments. There are some people who tune into to boxing for the wrong reasons. I am on who looks at mostly all aspects of a fighter's game. Russell would be the horse I back. When Broner gets spanked, I'm gonna laugh. If Russell takes a loss, I'm still going to be supporting him.

Broner is ahead in terms of his progression, and he's damned good. But to me, Russell has the higher ceiling. As a prospect, he is outstanding. There are questions that need to be answered about each guy. Funny thing is, the other may be the only guy that can answer it.
