No he didn't - he just didn't want blood testing like 17 days before the fight, AND immediately after the fight . . . But was willing to take random urines up to fight day. MOREOVER, the next round of negotiations, he was willing to agree to whatever Floyd wanted, and he still is.

I don't think it's fair to subject a boxer to blood testing close to the fight, because there's always the risk of humor error (the nurse with the needle) ****ing some **** up. . I've had my vein ruptured while being stuck. . . It's not fun, and your arm will be sore for at least a week: I had bruising all down my forearm, and on the inside of my bicep.
