And have they got a replacement nutritionist for him?

A good nutritionist can be valuable to ensuring strength and stamina. This is important for any fighter but especially 1 that relies on his physical gifts like Pacquaio. Pacquaio supposedly went through his best form working with both Roach and Ariza.

Ariza seemed like a political sacking. He proclaimed himself the best coach in the world while working alongside Roach, he said things to put Bob Arum in a bad light and may well have been painted as scapegoat for the Marquez performance

Let's remember Khan took Ariza back after 1 fight of looking poor without him, albeit against a bad style match up

He's been working with Pac since Pac returned to L.A a few weeks ago.

The rumours of him being dropped were with Chavez Jr, I think.

Ariza's work is overrated.Any decent S&C coach can do the same IMO

 I'm getting confused with his situation too, P. After some of Ariza's comments I'm surprised Uncle Bob hasn't made a call to the cleaners for him anyway. :err

Yea I really thought that last interview he gave about Bob being the reason the fight hadn't been made was a parting shot, didn't think he'd say that when still working for Pac

Pacquiao admitted that he didn't follow Alex Ariza's advice for the Marquez fight and said in hindsight it was a big mistake, and that he would be carrying out Ariza's methods to the letter for Bradley.

Obviously this could be just another excuse regarding Marquez but if it isn't then it suggests Ariza commands some respect.

Are Pac, and Ariza splitting or something?

Or do you mean the 8 days or so that they were apart like three weeks ago?

Ariza might have more mob connections than that big Jew out of Harvard. You don't mess with Colombian's in the drug business
