He seems to get a lot of hate around here.

    Dude a true talent.

Whether or not he deserved the win against froch, he fought in a style nobody respects or admires.
He tried to get as far away from froch as he could and make it a complete non fight.

Abraham has been beaten more convincingly by froch and ward

No, he beat Froch clean and fear. I've watched that fight over and over and there is no way Froch won that fight. True

Abraham was one of the most feared man in boxing when Dirrell took him on and completely outclassed him for 11 rounds. Yeah Forch and Ward did beat Abraham more convincingly, but only after Dirrell completely mind ****ed him.

Dirrell doesn't deserve too much respect due to the way he spit on his fans (Stevens), the way he "fought" Froch, the way he acted against AA and the "braininjury" soap...

I like his brother Anthony a lot more.

All the talent in the world but just too many antics for me. Shame.

Maybe because a lot of people knows he can beat Bute and still pulled off the biggest bull**** on his career.

He's got plenty of talent, that's not why people criticise him. Just a crap style in the ring and a shitty attitude out of it.

I thought he lost the Froch fight then again i'm a big Froch fan so I might be biased.
I do really rate Dirrells skills if he had the correct mentality i'm sure he could become one of the best p4p.

I like the way you give your opinion as if it is a fact.

I think he is the most naturally gifted fighter at 168 - perhaps in all of boxing.

    Big words.

But I also think that he fights scared, and he basically managed to lose to Froch himself. Eventhough Andre did all he could to lose at times.. the fight was still hair-pin close. That says a lot about his abilities, but it also says alot about his immaturity as a pro fighter.

I've got big respect for him and what he did. Just hope he can get his career back on track.

I respect him a track & field athlete.

As a fighter not so much.

And it will remain this way.

Till he grows some ball and fights Andre Ward.

I agree, we must also remember Dirrell schooled both Hagler (when he was undefeated) and he KO'd Evander Holyfield (when he was undefeated)
