This. Not that Eubank putting on a posh white mans accent bothers me at all but minorities in general in the western world are far too quick to attack white people for adopting small parts of their culture when they are infact in the white man's world and in the UK most have chosen of their own free will to come here. Met Collins last year, seemed ok. I'm not condoning racism but it's not a big deal in a moderate form. I mean if people want it to be a big deal then every race must treat it that way. Personally I couldn't give a **** when idiots like Mayweather, Toney, Hopkins etc. publicly slag off whites as they're all competitors in a white mans sport. I don't get too upset about petty racial slurs but if some one was denying me a job oppourtunity I would get upset or if I knew somebody constantly disrespected my race but could not take it back then I would get pissed off.
See this is just an example of complete and utter racism towards whites. Your saying that black people are entitled to put on a white man's accent but white people are not entitled to put on a black man's accent. Get a ****ing grip atsch
Really, and where did I say that white people are not allowed to put on a black mans accent? You are making up your own straw man to burn down. Complete and utter racism towards whites, what the **** are you on about?
He said/did nothing racist...so he's probably not racist...lol at Eubank for being stupid enough, to fall for Collins being hypnotised, to punch harder etc. atsch
You are absolutely spot on buddy:good I am of a White British background and am not racist, I accept people for who they are regardless of their culture or ethnicity; to me an arsehole is an arsehole, regardless of where they come from or what they look like that. In my work I have dealings with a completely diverse cultural and ethnic background, and from a personal point of view I see as much racism directed towards white people as I do any other group. Racism is rife in society, but to assume it is simply from white people to ethnic minorities is naive and in no way represents modern society in this country.
No. Ignorance is when you say or do something without knowing what the consequences of it could be. So if you say something purposefully to get under the skin of someone, the very last thing you are is ignorant. You're carefully choosing words that you know they'll find offensive. Insulting someone by blatantly bring their race into it, deserves to call in the term 'racist' at the very least. With that said, I'm not aware of Collins ever saying anything racist to Eubank.
bloody bungles, always come out when 'racist' is mentioned atsch im joking, rico me old southern mate :thumbsup
this thread is a joke the comment collins said was in no way racist whatsoever, he said it to get at chris, which he did, he also got to him in the ring quite a bit and thats why eubank is calling him racist to save face, can the thread starter please show mne which part of the quote he found racist enough to start a thread btw i met steve quite a few times in his brothers gym and he always stopped and chatted and im blacker than the ace of spades
