For anyone travelling up, the castle tour (near the Robin hood statute) is pretty good. There is also the oldest pub in England opposite it.
Yeah the Olde Trip, their house pint is pretty decent from memory. Plus there's almost always a pigeon fight to watch in the beer garden.
I have i spare £80 ticket going for face value if anyone needs one. Downside is you'll be sat next to me!

A few of my closest friends are students who have visited Ocean a couple of times a week over the last couple of years, and from what they've said you 100% need your own student card on Wednesday's and Thursdays, and you can get in aslong as you're with someone who has a student card on Saturday's. Unsure about the rest of the time. Of course! Hang around outside and attach yourself to a group of fit, female students and explain how they'd be doing you a massive favour by helping you get in. Works everytime! You'll feel a bit of a **** for ditching them once you realise how fit everyone inside is but **** it, you'll be having too much fun to really care.
