Welter is 50/50, Cos Ortiz was a good win.But i still prefer Mannys Cotto win, To floyds Baldomir Judah win.
I also rate clottey quite highly, and shutting him out is impressive.

I think for me it's about 55/45 for Floyd, although I respect Manny's resume. They're pretty close but I think Mayweather takes it for me because of his willingness to not fight at catchweights.

I think they realize he has accomplished a lot, but believe his skills are average in comparison to their highness.

IMO it's close. I like Pacquiao's title wins slightly thanks to the Barrera and Marquez title wins.

 

They believe he's the greatest but everytime they watch his latest rant video they have to go back to the drawing board because Floyd said he's a coward.

It is a very different comparison. But Manny's climb up the divisions makes his the more remarkable collection IMO.
