    if he goes on and takes mannys title at 147 and retires after kicking sergios ass at 160 to become lineal there he would be a 10 time champion and 4 time lineal champ and he would be easily the G.O.A.T

    Skill wise he is top 10, maybe top 5.

    But he doesn't have the resume. Missed out on the Tzyu fight, missed out on the Margarito and Cotto fights at 147, and it appears he won't be fighting Pacquiao either. He needed those to stake a claim.

    I'm not trying to argue who's fault it was for the fights not happening, but I can't give Floyd make believe wins because of it.

    beat him 2 times
    He just beat Cotto for the 154 title.margo is a cheating bum and Tzyu lost to Hatton so why would he fight him?

    Because he was recognized as the 140 lb kingpin and Floyd wanted to fight him. Cotto was undefeated and a welterweight champ but the fight never came off.

    Beating undefeated Cotto at 147 is better than beating past prime Cotto at 154.
