two consecutive unofficial ppv numbers released by the promoter. There's no reason why they wouldn't officially drop the Juan numbers if they were legit. It would be emmanuel's career high and the highest in recent years at the time

40 with no PPV revenue is bad but so is 50/50 since Pac doesn't deserve that.

He doesn't deseve either. GBP and Top Rank need to mediate and get the fight on with a fair split

Well the problem is Floyd doesnt wanna deal with Top Rank. Because he wants to control the whole event.

He wants to run the entire show, he'll pay out a fee to GBP and give Pac his cut, then he'll take everything else. He's looking at 100+ mill in his pocket, potentially.

I'd say less than competitive for what they want but hardly disastrous.. I seriously doubt the fight did under 1m for the JMM fight

  8. Floyd ruined boxing. Only Heavyweights can save it but a star needed

Well if Oscar would sit down with Floyd and say they are going to work out a deal I've no doubt in my mind Floyd would listen.

Deep down, Oscar is Floyd's hero and I think he'd listen especially since in all likelihood he'd get the bigger cut.

I agree it be crazy if they did less than 1m fo the Juan fight given all the drama behind it

The only way it works out is if Floyd stops being greedy thats the bottom line. He cant expect to control the whole event and get all the revenue, and he can't expect anymore then 60% of the money either. Any more is bein greedy and a fight killer. 55/45 is the max he's going to get if the fight has any hope of being made.

Really? Did he not just turn down testing again? Yet you believe he's "agreed" even though he walked from the fight twice over testing, and declined testing again less than a week ago...makes perfect sense, great post!

Chased a fight with him for years, always wanted to be a star like him, signed the same company as him as a young star, carried him IMO in their fight, works with him exclusively with his promotion.

Is it that hard to see?
