Fast feet is a component of footwork, Pacquiao has more then just 'fast feet' , he has the most dynamic footwork in the game. He has some technical flaws like cutting off the ring, but his ability to bounce / move with his punches and create angles, is incredible. I've never seen anybody who can move around the ring like him.

He's above average,I'd say an 8,would be 10 if he could cut off ring though

 

yes he can move around fast and turn opponents but his foot placement is terrible

 

^ That has nothing to do with 'speed', that is pure footwork. You don't understand what your looking at. If you think it's just speed, get in the ring and try it out for yourself.

when Pac came to America, ALL his wins ended inside 12 for 6 years.

when he moved up people were saying those guys would decapitate pac with one punch. I'd be cautious too.

 

It's SOOOO obvious that this Gander Tasco have NEVER step a single toe inside a Boxing Ring...in fact, he has never been inside a Boxing Gym.
