With only 1 exception, Floyd cherry picks his opponents wisely especially when they are declining. Manny is a real warrior who fights the best.

And all that Pac won is from a higher weight class or another.

Floyd just went back and forth retirement to win 147 lb title a few times.

and he won his welterweght title recently from ortiz making his 2nd fight at 147 ever.
and beating cotto at 154 was smoke and mirrors seeing that when floyd was fighting an old oscar at 154 cotto was making his welterweight debut... :rofl
floyd fans are not to well thought out

I'd say overall it's quite close as well. I like floyd at LMW and WW, LW and SFW however PACs wins are made more impressive by his original weight class rather than the opponents faced (although they have been of the highest quality the majority of the time)

Has Manny really won 8 titles in 8 different weight divisions? Could we once again list all of Manny's opponents in which he defeated for a major title fight out of the 4 organizations "RECOGNIZED"(WBC, WBO, IBF, WBA) whether you respect them or not. :D

manny's 8 titles are a fluke, all won with special conditions. not one is as legit as floyd's. even against barrera, pac fought him at his worst.

just telling it like it is brother. don't hate me, hate what pac does.

barrera wasn't right in the head when they fought. he had trouble with a recent mishap plus he had a metal plate in his head. hatton was drained, blowing up to 180-190 off fights and was no longer the same after money ko'd him. marg was a bs title fight fought at a catchweight. marg may have been paid ala clottey and may have been drained at 150. let the guy fight at 154 ffs. cotto was weight drained. a healthy version was later on seen against floyd and really looked good and dangerous.

in a nutshell, pac picked his spots well while floyd fought people at their best and when they were champions.

No offense, but a shopworn Arturo Gatti isn't exactly the best when Kostya Tszyu was around.

So Floyd beating the best is really a hardsell in my opinion.

none taken. gatti wasn't one of the best and that tells you a lot. pac would have struggled against the likes of gatti. mad respect to him. but for the most part, he fought for and defended belts against legit opponents at their best.
