Jab, jab, right by Cote. Clinch by Lloyd. The ref is getting in there to wedge them apart every five seconds. Cote changes it up throwing an uppercut or overhand behind the jab, and still Lloyd is able to flop in and hold him tight. Lloyd pulling on Cote's arms, making him quickly step along as Lloyd backs up and essentially tows him. Lots of breaks by the ref. Cote covers up, as though expecting something back from Lloyd although attacking seems the furthest thing from the Brit's mind. Double jab by Cote, and a quick orbital step around Lloyd to the left. Jabs out of the perpendicular guard by Cote. Poking right hands by Cote, through the guard and over the leave-me-be jabs of Lloyd.

Round 5

Lloyd KTFD!! BIG FAST UPWARD RIGHT BY COTE IN THE EARLY MOMENTS!!!! Lloyd is up at the count of eight. Immediately covering up, then moving in to clinch. Cote jabs his way in patiently. Slashing left hook by Cote. A chant of "Apou" (his nickname) starts up from the Canadian contingent in the crowd. Nice hard whipping right to the body by Cote, very speedy. Lloyd is stepping in time with Cote to keep himself squared up to block. Lloyd seems to have recovered. Lloyd dives in with a jab and right to the body, and is CHECK HOOKED TO THE FLOOR!! He gets up more quickly this time. Body shot by Cote. Uppercut to the face!! Lloyd on the ropes getting bounced back, and Terry O'Connor jumps in!!
