Ward would have kicked Bute's arse. Bute has no response to pressure on the inside, Ward is exponentially better than Froch on the inside. He wouldn't have destroyed him in a short period of time because he doesn't have the raw power that Carl does but he would have beat his arse up and scored a TKO late.

 

Ofcourse Ward is better... but it's always nice to see a overrated fighter get destoryed and stopped than just outboxed

Froch is as likeable as they come and everyone is loving the underdog story, Froch is getting his dues and then some.

It's terrible that such a boring ass fighter is the smw king, but if Froch couldn't stop him, nobody can as of now. We'll have to wait and endure until he loses to a better, (and hopefully entertaining) fighter. I pray to the spaghetti monster for that day to come.

Glad you can put on your Captain Obvious suit when you hear Ward's name being mentioned. Ward can't do what Froch did cause he's not the kind of fighter Froch is...it's called styles make fights. For you to think a 12 round one-sided schooling (which I'm sure Bute would receive from Ward) isn't as sensational as a 5 round KO win, then you're obviously not really a BOXING fan.
