Went out on his feet trying to win, And has been nothing but respectful of Carl and his performance. Why all of the hate?
He was gracious in defeat. After they announced Froch as the rightful winner(well you can't get robbed out of a ko unless yer Martinez lol) he clapped and behaved as a gentleman. Wish him well and despite losing he put up a gutsy showing. Takes heart to be dominated and not look for a way out but instead fight on which is what Bute did.
I think this loss will mentally effect Bute. I can't see him wanting the rematch. Carl was just way to strong tonight. I imagine they'll throw him in with some bums first. Potentially build up a future rematch,..
Bute stood and clapped with the rest of us as Froch was awarded his belt. If anything that should finally get Lucian respect

Yeah, swinging left hooks while Froch was piecing him up is going down swinging. he could have retired on his stool if he wanted to but he didn't.
I thought Bute done well despite all the immense hatred and LOL GLASS JAW bull****. He countered well with the left hand a lot and gave a few nice body punches, he certainly didn't come to fall down. In round two and three I didn't think he was really that hurt and out on his feet, I mean he was taking a bashing but I didn't think it was bad enough to get stopped and I thought he'd start working his boxing as the later rounds went on, just couldn't get out of the whirlwind, then Froch just started destroying him in the 4th, some beautiful right hands and uppercuts, Bute just couldn't get out. I honestly didn't see how he reacted to the knockdown though, and don't know if it was a fair stoppage or not, because I was too busy laughing my head off at Hearn trying to get out of the ring before being noticed.
Annoying fanbases do more harm than good. If it weren't for his annoying fans, I doubt he would have elicited this type of reaction.
Total respect for Bute. Most of the more seasoned fans here view it that way. He's a true champion and I wish him the best. Don't care to see this rematch for his sake, however.

All fighters deserve respect ,now as far as those idiotic fans who said Bute would KO Froch ,Ward was ducking him ...Ha they must be on sucide watch right now ! Bute is still a class act !
