Damn, really thought Bute would win. What a disappointment that was. As soon as he felt Froch's power he panicked. Stiff as hell he just let Froch beat his ass. He tried a few body shots, saw they didnt work and that was it. He showed no aggresion and no heart. I still respect and like him as a fighter and i'll cheer for him everytime.

Congrats to Froch. He was a beast. Really great performance. Its really sad to say this but a rematch with Bute shouldnt happen after what happened yesterday. He should take on Kessler and erase that defeat.

As for Bute, im really curios whats gonna happen with his carrier from now on. Gonna support him anyway :yep.

Don't understand people slagging off Bute's chin, the guy took some right punishment in rounds 3/4, if he had a **** chin then he'd have been out of there well before the round 5 smackdown. To say he has a glass chin is plain wrong. In hindsight of that fight, I'd actually go as far as saying the Froch is p4p one of the hardest hitters in the game.

Absolutely immense performance from Carl. Had Bute to win by decision and thought Froch's career was about to spiral away from him after tonight, but I've never seen someone prove so many people wrong so emphatically. I think the damage he's inflicted on Bute will impair his future bouts, in 6 or so months from now he'll be struggling with opponents and people will be saying "Froch ruined him."

you obviously never watched either fight you ****ing spastic. did you even watch last night? froch was walking through everything bute had to offer. it could have been over as early as the 3rd round.

what the **** are you on about? bute looked terrible not deadly. from the opening round he looked out of his depth and it was clear that both he and froch knew it.

id like to qualify my above comments by saying i thought bute would win. this was based not on me watching his career closely, but on the hype surrounding him on here. i simply dont have the time to watch every fighter closely, so i got taken in. its a mistake i really hope to avoid in future with other fighters.

oh and carl froch is a ****ing beast. a credit to the sport of boxing. i am now a massive massive fan. if you dont like this guy then your not a proper boxing fan. hes quite simply one of the toughest mother****ers i have ever seen in my life.

you can tell it runs right through him, hardcore to the bone.

I think it was in the 1st round, there was a moment where Froch backed off into the corner while bute stalked him and then stood there doing that erratic hand movement ****, Froch was in his trademark stance waiting for bute to throw but he just waited a few seconds longer than he should and you see Froch click that bute is out of his depth and he thinks "**** it ... Lead right"

After that it was goodnight Vienna for bute.

And I know someone who was predicting a 1st round KO win for Froch. Many laughed, but the destruction started in the first.
    He wasn't that far wrong.

    Nice gameplan Carl!!!
Wow he was an attacking monster who scared the f... out of Bute! :D

Kessler and Froch should make 2 fights more:
one in Nottingham and one in the US maybe...

I just read my post again and that didnt come out right. What I meant was that Bute from the very start looked clearly more deadly to me as in more athletic and clearly faster than Froch. But to me Bute was still in the fight until the start of the 3rd round! After that it was a clear beatdown.
