I think it's a great idea, Froch- Kessler II is needed after the first fight was so close. Froch deserves this at home after fighting away so much. The winner of this is clear number 2 in the division and the best test for Ward especially if Ward fights away which would earn him more respect and some more money.
Ward has 2 great wins but a second win over the winner would ensure domination of the division.

Let us first see Ward come to europe for a top ten opponent, if he wins he may be allowed to meet Froch or kessler.

I'm not saying he is bad, but let him boxing in europe first to see how good he is.

Eddie Hearn has said Froch is not moving up to LHW. If Kessler plans on fully stepping up, this fight won't happen unless he comes back down to SMW.

Either way, Kessler is shot. Froch will KO him

How can you not respect Kessler the way you do with Froch!?

Kessler was in Cardiff fighting Calzaghe and In Oakland fighting Ward
has he got the "deserved" rematches? :-(

sounds logical to me.. All these ward huggers go on like ward has loads of options:lol: Bottom line is, other than a fight with dawson there is nothing and lets be fair a fight between these two is hardly gonna sell in the excitement stakes.

Meanwhile froch and kessler do battle and give the fans raw excitement and make loads of money. Imo froch, although technically not the best is the biggest draw in the SM division and IF he was to defeat kessler it would compound this fact more imo.

Ward may want some involvement, may want to inject a bit more excitement into his resume by defeating again the clear no.2 in his division and earning a **** load of cash doing so.. what else is he going to do?

Would love a Kessler-Froch II fight in Nottingham and I think Kessler could win it though!

It's an opinion mate. I think he is shot & ready to fall. Id strongly pick Froch to KO him...

Definitely the fight we want to see ! Both coming from tremendous performances. Wins by stoppage. I mean make it happen already !

Froch-Kessler II seems like the best option for both. The first fight was excellent and I'm sure the second would be too, although I'd favour Froch to get the decision this time.

As for re-matching Ward, even though the winner (especially if it was Froch) would deserve a shot at the #1 fighter in the division, the fights were so one-sided first time around, I'm not sure how much interest there'd be. Ward doesn't have many options though, so if he stays at 168 who else does he fight? Another win over Froch or Kessler on your resumé can only be a good thing.

Completely agree. Don't know if Ward will stay at 168 much longer though. The only other person he could fight would have been Bute, but as Froch has destroyed him there really isn't anything left. He'll probably move up to 175 and get a few big money fights.

Froch v Kessler 2 in one of the football stadiums in Nottingham would be amazing! I think one has a capacity of 20k, the other 30k.
