You were the class act of the Bute fans, you never made stupid statements about Bute dominating and destroying Froch, and you said many good things about Froch. :good
Bute just made tactical mistakes, which can be fixed. His resolve after suffering his first defeat will be the question.
I thought the ref should have stopped in a lot earlier. At the end of the 4th he didn't even know what was going on. Classy guy, I hope he comes back.
Yeah I'm pretty happy right now that I always write as I talk in front of people, which means that I always try to be respectful and all. Of course some of the less respectful Bute fans will probably make alts or wait sometimes before coming back: When you spit in the air...
I hope Bute does not go into his shell and keeps looking for challanges. I think he has the tools to get a big win and would like to see him fight Kessler, Ward or even Stiglitez
I always have been a fan of Bute, and his class was always one of the reasons i liked the guy as much as the boxer. I was pretty sure Bute would whoop Froch's ass to a relatively easy UD, and I was proven completely wrong. Any Bute fan who starts **** and cannot give Carl Froch his due credit for putting on a tremendous performance and smashing the **** out of Bute is absolutely pathetic, this kind of **** is what makes the sport so great.
Bute's always been a nice guy. But what he didn't mention in this interview is that great boxers might have come back from defeats, but not demolitions like this one. This was potentially a career ending beating, and there's not too many of them one can suffer without experiencing neurological damage.
Knowing bute, he will take the rematch in 2 or 3 fights. Bute devastating last round vs Andrade was a huge wake up call has he become a great fighter after that, let's hope that this fight elevate him to a elite fighter. Bute need to throw more punch, period, he has become a one punch fighter, throwing combination is the key for him, he relays to much on his power.
Cheers for the transcript, clearly a classy guy and hope he comes back from this. Personally I think a move up in weight could help him and I'd love to see him have a long rest and return to fight Pascal in a Battle Of Canada.
