oh yea fight was great I had it a 50/50 fight and I was pretty sure it would go the distance, couldnt believe what Froch was doing to Bute.
You know me well then. :yep Honestly, ESB is sad without its Butards. If you're reading this guys, come back soon.
Now you're the one person here who absolutely knows that's not true! Wide open for a "why, did you make SJS wear em?" retort though. SJS knows.(Bit like Manny)
You know the worst ? I first writed "do you like leather trousers" then I added "women wearing" so there aren't confusions. atsch

Bute said many things about his destruction at the hands of Carl Froch. He gave Froch full credit and insisted that he didn't have any excuses. He didn't sound delusional at all. Not only that, but in fact, he said some surprisingly reasonable things given the poor state of mind he must have been in, and he meant them sincerely, convincing me that he is a very well adjusted individual mentally and psychologically, despite the fact that he seemed to go to pieces mentally before and after the fight. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=g9gvTHTWRVw and [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QG9JQ9-dfU0[/ame] Hence, I think it is worth also noting that he said the following as well: "I believe I have the power and the force of character to come back from this." and "I would like to ask my fans not to lose their faith in me." It is normal to be very emotional at the moment, and it is good to swing too hard the other way and be overly critical and doubtful of Bute, because it helps recalibrate our view of him. But in a few weeks' time, when the dust settles, we will see how many of us so-called Bute fans have the force of character to put things into their rightful perspective and be truly objective, and how many of us will still have faith in the reasons why we believed in Bute in the first place. It might sound counter-intuitive, but, in my view, if we cannot do that then, then not only were we not real fans of Bute, but we weren't real fans of boxing either, just some fan-boys who don't understand boxing, so... in that case, no great loss if we just fade away and leave after saying how embarrassed we were by Bute and how very wrong we were to believe he was a world-class fighter.:good
