Do you guys think it was the style match-up, fighting away, game plan or just plain difference in skills?

Froch got Bute by surprise starting so quickly, and hurt him with the first combo he threw and Bute just couldn't recover, he was trying to be too cute on the ropes too and was getting tee'd off on.

Not sure he underestimated Carl but Bute just wasn't ready for that last night.

Maybe he wasn't ready for a world class fighter chasing his ass.

Bute will struggle to get a job sparring for Pascal after this.
He wants cancer more than he wants a rematch.

I don't know how on earth you got the 7/10 figure but even assuming that this is correct there is an inherent bias in that statistic.

Rematches occur when there is a rational expectation that the loser of the original fight will do better given a second opportunity.

Bute was able to maintain his status by avoiding the Super 6. He is simply a B level fighter.

If Froch was dominated in every round and stopped in 5, would a rematch be necessary?

 Statatically speaking I think one might be forgetting the 99 times out 100 fights that a rematch doesn't take place, because he loser doesn't have any reasonable argument why there should be a rematch.

Such as when you get the beating of your life.

You might see your 7/10 numbers shift slightly if everyone fough twice. Muppet.
