Floyd is clearly threatened by Manny, He always tries to talk down Pacquiao's accomplishments in the ring and obviusly always try to call Pacquiao a cheat, it's like he is trying to convince himself and everyone else that he is at a completely different level to Pacquiao, but what Floyd doesn't realise is they are very close in terms of ability, and that could come back and bite Floyd imo.

If you honor please our client Floyd "Money" Mayweather has never accused Manny Pacquiao of juicing.

My health says no to the Terminator.

Common sense would also suggest he's used them too, so maybe that's not the best angle to play unless he wants to be the posterchild of Team Slick, Black, & Juiced.

Would you rather be Stephen Hawking or Floyd Mayweather Jr.? Yes, Floyd may say questionable things at times, but he's definitely no Forrest Gump. Otherwise he'd still be working for Bob Arum. Unlike someone like Paris Hilton he certainly didn't inherit the money he owns.
