    This fight will never happen.

Dirrell doesn't have a strong enough case to demand a rematch, and all of the fans are on Froch's side at the moment. Froch, who's with a good promoter now, will be advised to not go anywhere near him. Too dangerous of a fight.

The only chance this matchup has got, is if Dirrell makes up for the past 24 months by making big noise in his next couple of fights. He needs to go out and travel. Do anything to get a decent name in the ring with him. Go back to being a prospect again and fight for that respect he wants.

I literally can't believe some of the Dirrell bandwagoners on here are suggesting Froch would be DUCKING someone if he doesn't fight Dirrell? He fought him, he beat him, and he hasn't ducked ANYONE...he is probably the only current fighter who can claim he's never avoided a single fight in his life, and people look on it as a sign of weakness if he doesn't ask Dirrell to come fight him, when he's in all likelihood gonna get back in the ring with people who have ACTUALLY beaten him and attempt to avenge those losses. Get outta here if you think by not asking Dirrell over here that it will taint his legacy or greatness in anyway.

Who has Dirrell ducked by the way...Ward, Bute, Kessler? He ran away from the Super Six like a *****...and we can see after Froch/Bute how relevant that tournament turned out to be, but no, he wanted none of the elite fights at the time he pussied out! It's insane to say he deserves a title shot. The only title shot he deserves is against Ward, because that SHOULD have happened years ago, but he ran away like the ***** that he is.

Froch is a warrior, didn't even mention the word duck anywhere in my post

Yup Dirrell ducked his buddy ward and faked a brain tumor in the process

As long it was in the countract that Dirrell had to stand his ground. And not Box and run all night like last time.

It makes for a boring ass fight. I barely got through the 1st fight, I doubt it will happen again.

Froch won't tak it cos he knows it will make an ugly fight.

Yeah, fair play - I jumped on your post when I read the bit about great fighters rematching questionable victories to put the record straight. There are some posters who think Froch would be avoiding Dirrell to not give him a rematch or something... Let's see if Froch can avenge his losses, and if Dirrell's a contender by then, then I wouldn't be at all surprised if Froch agreed to the fight, cos that's the kind of guy he is. Ball is in Dirrell's court on that one - go out and prove himself!

As you can see, I usually just read posts on here, but some of the bull**** after Saturday (amount of people calling Bute a bum, taking him straight out of P4P lists, saying he was easy to beat all along; and amount of Dirrell rematch threads), is just plain ridiculous! Apologies for jumping on your post mate!

Dirrell has way too much skill for Froch.

Andre beats him 8 times out of 10.

    Dirrell is a ****in nobody.
He lost to Froch cos he ran and held all night.
He would of been KTFO by Abraham if he hadn't of taken a dive and faked an injury.
    End Thread.

That is a way to look at it but ...

1 ... it will be like the last time. Froch will hit air, while Andre is running and landing occasional countershots. If he tries to put the heat on Froch will go for an exchange, and Andre is back to running. Andre cant beat Froch like he did AA moving in and out, simply because Froch is a decent boxer, and Dirrell is not that skilled. Look for another controversial SD.

2 ... anyone who sign with Andre takes a big risk, because Andre might ruin the event and disappoint the customers. Even before the controversy with the Froch and Abraham fight Andre on one occasion spoiled a fight, saying afterwards he would get paid anyway :blood

3 ... Andre has sacked his promotor. There is no one to negotiate with save his uncle, when said uncle is not busy doing his job as a carpark attendent. What promotor would get into that mess by free will?

Frankly, Andre Dirrell is not only mentally week, he seems to be quite a moron and cant manage his career. He even got sponfed a shot at Bute, but blew it. I dont expect him to accomplish anything at all.

Froch is not going to risk losing to Dirrell in the rematch. He is a smart man so the fight won't happen.

    Dirrell who??

Froch won the first fight and has never ducked anyone, I would pick Froch to beat him again should they meet (and I sincerely hope they don't, would be another boring runaway/clinch fight). OP is a troll and clearly a still sore Dirrell fan.

Dirrells a very very good boxer and for me potentially the best 168 guy out there BUT he has fought no one of note for a couple of yrs so he needs Froch more that the cobra needs Dirrell. Froch could easily argue hes beaten him once so whats the point ... the only fight to be made is Kessler in england (hopefully the city ground) !... what an occasion that would be ...
As for Dirrell he needs some easy CV wins to raise his stock and Pavlik would be a good starting point !
