6 man shortlist for what may be Vitali's final fight on September 1st or 8th.

Bermane Stiverne (MANDATORY, Vitali must fight him surely :bbb:deal)
    Mariusz Wach :| (very slow)
Seth Mitchell :hey (would be interesting)
Manuel Charr :lol: (unskilled bum with no power)
    Luis Ortiz :huh (unknown)
Franklin Lawrence :-:)bart (old and slow but has decent power)

Is this REALLY the shortlist that Vitalo has provided?

Mitchell is the only midly dangerous one there.

According to a usually reliable Russian boxing site, yes.
I agree Mitchell is the only really dangerous one there, though I do have a soft spot for Stiverne.
Charr would arguably be worse than Mormeck and Harrison. I hope Vitali doesn't bow out against a guy who needed a dodgy ref to stop shot Danny Williams.

Where are #2 Boytsov, #7 Fury and #10 Pulev in the list? All better options then the ones provided?

Wach is limited and slow, but at least his size intrigues some.
Mitchel and Ortiz are not ready yet.
Stiverne, Lawrence and Charr are C level and not deserving at all.

To be fair to the man, he'd be fighting guys who just aren't ready for him yet in Fury and Pulev, and Pulev especially may turn into something interesting. In other words, I don't like to see him ruin prospects. Might as well throw him Fury now, OK, but that's as embarrassing as many of those other names.

    Lot of ****, really.
