Not true. I majored in Exercise Science; the current research supports what I just told you. You said which is quite simply a myth that's been disproven (unless you're referring to 'window' as being upwards of 24 hours). But no biggie, you can still be one of those people who feel the need to down a protein shake right after your workout, all the power to you. It won't hurt you, it just doesn't add the extra benefit you think it does.
im 64Kg 1.71m height and currently use PhD Iso-7 shake which contains 36g protein which works very very well for me since i train 1-2 a day. I dont really believe in these 1g per lbs.. i just suggest going to a good nutritionist. Here lots of people talk alot of stuff to look like professionals, Lefty is a very smart poster so any information from him is worth reading :good
