Lewis/Bowe is the one that comes to mind first.

JMO but I think Bowe wouldve won had they fought right after Riddick beat Evander and Lennox had just crushed Razor Ruddock. It wouldve been a tough fight but I think Riddick Bowe was a more complete heavyweight at that time.

Had they fought in `95 or `96 Lennox Lewis wouldve dominated Bowe.

Trinidad moved up around `96 or `97 and KOd Troy Waters in 1 round at 154lbs. I think he was looking for a fight with Norris at that time. Norris started fading though around that time.
