Why does Teddy Atlas hate Pacquiao? Anyone got a clue what the reason is?

Teddy Atlas is a crotchety old man before his time. He's going to be hell on wheels by the time he hits 70.

You've now been asked three times and still have yet to answer, I know it's a waste but I'll ask for now the fourth time, How do you arrive at the conclusion he was lying about the emails? Can you substantiate these claims, do you have any evidence to support this, or are you simply making this up?

Contempt is probably a better word than hate in regards to Atlas's feelings towards Pac. There have been several instances where Atlas has given credit to Pac. But of course those who have contempt for Atlas will not pick it up on their radar because they're too focused on bashing Atlas. My gut feeling tells me Atlas's issue with Pac has something to do with Pac's unwillingness to take random blood tests and him winning titles at a catchweight. If Atlas does not like Pac and ESPN has a problem with Teddy's opinions then they can easily let him go. ESPN surely doesn't hold back from throwing Floyd under a bus, insulting him from every angle possible. I happen to think a personality like Atlas isn't bad for tv. Charles Barkley delivers a similar type of message when he talks and while I don't agree with everything, he's perfectly fine to me.

There really aren't that many unbiased boxing commentators on tv. Tessitore and Papa seem to do decent work with it comes to being in the grey area but the others are obvious nuthuggers and/or bashers. Might as well get used to them. Otherwise you can look to rely on the mute button on your remote control.

That email **** really embarrassed him I think. He got fed some bull**** and instead of checking it out he ran with it and ended up with egg on his face. Dan rather thinks that fool needs to check his sources better.

Atlas has shown a tendency to hate on fighters whenever they get mega-popular, especially if he had links to them in the past (as he did with Pac, being turned down once to train him). He also hated/hates on Oscar, Tyson, Klits any opportunity he gets aswell. Could be a subconscious thing going back to when Lalonde left him and then landed a big fight vs Leonard. Atlas wrote in his book he went out hunting for Lalonde with a loaded gun and had intentions of murdering him when he found out Lalonde was getting a $6M payday. Short story, Atlas is ****ed up in the head.

It is hate and it's very obvious. He always predicts a Pacquiao loss yet when he wins he immediately looks for excuses to discredit the victory seconds after it happens. If that wasn't enough confirmation, which was to me and many others, his backing of Pacquiao being on illegal substances right after Mayweather brought it up pretty much confirmed it. It's like he didn't have anything to discredit Pacquiao with yet when something random(and pathetic) comes up he's all over it. If that's not obvious hate I don't know what is.

    ----

On topic, he also seems to passionately hate on the Klitschkos for unknown reasons. At least we know why he hates Mike Tyson.

I didn't know that, if that's true then that's the reason right there.

He doesn't, he just tells it like it is.

If you wanna get real, people used to say he hated Floyd. Since then he has seen what truth is and what fake is. He has seen that Pacquiao is fake and Floyd is real.

I mean why not take a drug test for 50/50???
