logistics is quite costly in america. also they need some extra charge to hide those positive test results.

Who is defensive? Listen dude, ya boy lost his last fight, might lose this one. Meanwhile ya dude was found out to be a cheating, stealinf, gambling fraudster.

Now he embarrasses himself on tv with his sky genie nonsense.

Floyd in comparison? Duh. Winning! Lmao.

thing is Peterson would have been ok if he would have just disclosed his "medical condition"to VADA before testing

There's a thin line between SUSPECTING someone is on roids and WANTING someone to be on roids. And some of you guys dont know the difference. Some of you dudes act like yall hope and want Mayweather or Pacquaio to be on roids just to satisfy whatever weird grudges yall have with these two dudes.

You shouldn't be able to get actual tests results other than Pass/Fail.

There are reasons behind it I would think. One being, you are the Public and shouldn't have access to private medical information. Two....competitors advantage. I heard about this in Cycling. People would see who is at what with TBC, etc.

If he is on TRT, Yes, he would need an exception (which isn't guaranteed) and he would have to fall in range with "normal" levels.

Bang on the money Hermit. I love discussing this stuff with people who actually know what they're talking about.

Nevada is a ****ing joke for therapeutic use exemptions for testosterone. Chael Sonnen ****ed up his usage, failed a Nevada test only to have Keith Kizer claim that an agreement has been set up to allow him to use testosterone. Then they offer him a role at NSAC as a specialist advisor in future exemption cases! Shambles

All you need is a certain Doctor in Nevada to saying you're low on testosterone and you will be granted an exemption by the NSAC to have replacement therapy. This exact same thing happened to Sonnen.

I mean, what's wrong with all these young, apparently healthy athletes with low testosterone levels?!?!? Strange eh?

It's clear that the route this investigation is going is exactly how Hermit describes. The speculation will be that Mayweather may have failed USADA tests for either a high testosterone ratio or for the presence of synthetic testosterone - but he would not be disqualified as he would have been allowed to have the treatment as part of his therapeutic use expemption.

I really have no idea, pal. I've just been going off what I've been told in this thread. I'm at work and I can't roam freely on the net to see which websites are reporting this and what exactly Montoya is saying/being told.

That letter sent to Montoya by GBP's lawyers and his response to them, reveals a bit:
