Filipinos are humans. Humans have shown themselves to be corrupt creatures.

I think they were criticized in the past for their procedures and were forced to fix it. The World was watching.

It's been some time since I heard the story so I can't recall the details. I could be wrong.

Are you saying Pac had no right to sue Floyd for "allegations" that he used PEDs without proof?

You're right. The law of defamation should apply to everyone except boxers, who shall remain free to tarnish the name of their competitors without evidence forever more!

They have NO idea what Floyd's contract with the USADA provides for and make lots of assumptions. At $100K I'm sure you have some input into what the testing procedure is. We already know it has cutoff dates. We already know it doesn't include hair which can be a 6 month record of past usage.

Again, probably a nice move by Arum to force Floyd to release the contracts and full testing results. Maybe Arum knows something, maybe he doesn't.

You have taken my point in the wrong context, Manny suing Floyd is very different to Floyd/GBP suing some other guy.

Well, GB aren't suing, they're sending a cease and desist - a threat to stop doing what you're doing or we will sue, if you like.

But I disagree, it's the same thing really - it's one person or organisation seeking compensation from another for damages caused by the other spreading false information (very loose definition).

Manny is a brand who can be damaged by defamation, just like GB/Floyd.

Nah, dude, it doesn't really make a difference if the two are supposed to be fighting each other or not. If you spread malicious rumours about someone and start a smear campaign, you can expect to be taken to court regardless of who or what you are.
