Damn, Khans new conditioner got him lifting Big boy weight!

    whats that 180? i know its pretty standard for you average weight lifter, but is this even ideal for someone who relies on speed?

    Deadlifting won't hurt his speed in any way, unless of course, he ****s his lower back up, which shouldn't happen with the form he's using(excellent).

    I swear that's the dude that did conditioning for David Haye? If Khan increases power that wouldn't be a bad thing..

    Hope they don't neglect strengthening the legs.

    Compound exercises like this actually build speed and explosiveness. Isn't that Haye's S&C coach?

    dead lift is a good exercise for hams/quads depending how you do them i think.

    how much are those blue plates? I doubt they're 45 pounds. . . What are they, maybe 25 pounds? 35 at most. . Bar looks like a 45 pounder. . . That's a decent amount of weight to be reppin' . . .

    that's what deadlifts strengthen. . . They target all around muscles, but legs mainly. . .

    Olympic bars are 30 lbs. Doubt those plates are more than 25lbs.

    I don't do deadlifts because I have back problems, but I thought that was what deadlifts mainly do - the lower back and overall torso.

    u can see some 10s in the backround aswell. if you compare them they are quite small
