If there's no truth in this all Goldenboy and Floyd need to do is show the contracts with the USADA and it's all cool.

Why would anyone sue when there's a very simple way to show that it's bull****?

Mayweather thinking like some evil genius was able to get the USADA, the top testing agency in the United States and the top agency in the WADA Group to jepordize their ENTIRE organization for him. They are willing to put the olympics, amateur world championships, and various other sports they have contractual obligations with on the line for Mayweather.

Specifically, what has Montoya said about Floyd that is wrong in the past? What reason is there to think he's biased?

I can't speak for *******s, but the allegations are that Goldenboy and Mayweather have a contract with USADA in which it stipulates that in the result of a positive A sample test, the B test will not be announced until after the fight.

This is similar, but not identical, to the clause that GBP wanted in their contract with VADA for the Khan - Peterson fight, which would have dictated that they would receive the results of all A samples of both fighters. Howevenot evacuee GBP did not get both fighters to sign this clause it not be exercised and led to Petersons camp sitting on the positive result for some time.

It is also alleged that part of the contract states that there will be an expemption for positive tests cause by 'inadvertent use' of a banned substance, and that Mayweather had three positive tests go unannounced due to this loophole.

Of course, these are just rumours and Goldenboy will be able to disprove them in an instant by disclosing the relevant contracts between themselves and the USADA.

I didn't even know Floyd was being accused of juicing. I just thought the crap that I see from time to time on ESB is the typical troll material dished out by Pac fans. I'm surprised GBP would even pay attention to MaxBoxing and Montoya. That place is ****. People who point their finger at Floyd have no credibility whatsoever. If they actually cared about cleaning up the sport (which I don't think they do) they'd focus on guys who have been avoiding stringent tests. Otherwise attacking those who have actually passed solid tests is purely an act of hate.

FFS, if you don't trust VADA or USADA then cut all ties from boxing immediately. Go watch a different sport. Part of being a fan means you have a certain of amount of trust and can be entertained. Save the conspiracy theories for the drama dolls. Boxing has many problems; nobody can deny that. But again, there has to be enough trust to look beyond the negativity. Otherwise GTFO. Go join a Christian sports league if you're looking for high morality.
