Larry dealing very hard with Pac's eternal record.

Did I mention when the Sun grows to consume the Earth, Pac's record will still stand?

Just a reminder to take to the grave.

    :yep

Been watching boxing since Leonard-Hearns I. That's 30 years of watching boxing. In those 30 years, I've never seen a feat like Pac's.

Never. I bet my soul that it won't be repeated in my lifetime.

    Or the Earth's lifetime.

Nonito will max out at 130. He's almost to his 30s already.

Hank Armstrong has titles in 3 of the original 8 weight divisions.

Pac has titles in 4 of the original 8 weight divisions.

I watch other sports as well. 99% percent of the time, I will only talk about my home team or their main rival. Only natural. I'll watch other teams play, but won't waste my breath talking about them since I could care less if they win or lose.

If you read the General Forum lately, there aren't much appreciation threads on Pac. Just mainly hate threads. Not really deserving for an 8 weight division champ. So now that there's 1 or 2 appreciation threads for Pac, you want to bring your hate here as well when there are already countless hate threads on Pac.

    Why?

    Why?

Actually, he's got four. Anyone with a shred of credibility concedes he beat Ceferino Garcia for the middleweight title in that sham of a decision dubbed a draw. Are you saying Pacquiao is greater than Armstrong? Or making people admit Pacquiao is a great fighter? Because I don't have a problem with the latter.

Public opinion doesn't show up in the record books. So it's not official. That's as bad as Kanye West grabbing the mic from Taylor Swift to tell the world who he thinks should have won. :-(

Pac greater than Armstrong? I'll wait til Pac retires to make a judgement.

Who knows? I doubt anyone will ever win a legit title in 8 weight classes. But then again, neither has Pacquiao. There are 17 weight classes, several belts per division, and some orgs have several champs per division. A fighter could get really creative and break the record one day.

Perhaps in another galaxy when man has migrated to another inhabitable planet billions of years from now.

    It's a possibility.
