yeah, its strange how people say that froch shouldnt try for a rematch with ward, and yet are now pushing for bute rematching froch?:huh

part of me says, 'yeah, go for it, youve got guts.' the other part of me says 'pfff, i want to see froch vs kessler, and then ward vs froch!'

Dom is right.Bute will find far more winnable fights at 175.
For me,Pascal is the way ahead for Bute.He could fight at home, get his confidence back, and accept that he'll go down as an excellent B level world champion.
He's still done a lot more than most of us will dream of.

    Fair play to him.

I think he's doing the right thing for the little that is worth.

  6. **** all this rebuilding poppycock. Fighting lesser fighters is what caused Bute to be in the predicament in the first place. That and his Glass Jaw.:deal

Stick him in with the great white sharks of the Super Middleweight division. He will either prevail or he will get torn to pieces. :vonnecunt:****off

He will learn nothing fighting more bums. Absolutely nothing.:patsch

hmm , a one punch KO from a HW banger is not the same as getting staggered everytime Froch threw a punch until even his corner wanted to stop it.

  11. Ya but you kept insulting Ward and kept saying how Bute was gonna Knock Ward out.

You have some good posts though overall.

It just annoys me how you kept acting like Lennox Lewis was in his prime against the Vitali fight and Vitali some how deserved a rematch.

Every young champion when fighting a old retiring champion HAVE MANAGED TO TAKE THE THRONE

    Holmes Ali

    Tyson Holmes

Chavez Sr Oscar De La Hoya

every champion but one ,.. that is.

    but on point

    If boring **** Wladimir can

    COME BACK FROM

    Bute can too

    Boxed. :tong

Buddy, I'm not saying he has no chance, but he seemed to be in top physical shape in Nottingham. (Otherwise he wouldn't of survived rounds three and four.) If he wants this fight, then he NEEDS two confidence boosting fights.

My original comment was just to rub in Carl's victory :D

In all honesty, I have all the respect in the world for Bute and clapped loudly along with the rest of the Nottingham arena for that man.

    I'm a fan.

The first 2 rounds were "feeling-out" rounds, but only for Froch. Bute got no information, whereas Froch figured Bute out.

In the rematch, Froch will start pounding away from the opening bell. It will probably be a faster KO than the first fight was.
