"We can also decide who's gonna be Froch's next opponent. And if he was to lose, his opponent WOULD HAVE to fight Lucian. We are very well covered/Protected."

I think its going to be Pavlik. Hes rated in the IBF top ten and Bute wanted to fight him in November only for him to pull out over money.

well if they got what i said above, they will probably give carl a few easy touches (so the can protect the title) as they can make as much out of him then go for the bute rematch

so it would be something like

    green
    andrade
    bute?

ok so i just realised it doesnt matter if carl loses as they still fight the winner. they probably wont give a **** then tbh, as long as its not ward imo.

Yeah, that's all well and good, but do Interbox really want to see Lucy get another whooping? Doubt it.

I would choose Stevenson, Pavlik or Kessler.

  10. How can they make someone who beats froch face them? That one hell of a clause.. Also a bit weird that no one from matchroom has mentioned this..

it actully helps them avoid the rematch, put froch in a 50 50 fight like kessler or direll and then if he loses youve got an easier fight on your hands for your old title!

I he a suspicion that if this is true and the get the winner either way, theyll throw him in with Kessler, bank on a war and then hope Froch has what he has left taken out of him before a rematch:think

This is really interesting if true. Really interesting. One of the questions I suppose is who would they think stands a good chance of beating Froch, if they do indeed want him to lose. Also would they have say over where it takes place. Intriguing if true.

This seems rather odd to me

Did Eddie Hearn think Froch was past it and was cashing out:think
