    I've always given Bute respect for travelling to Knottingham. However, holding the one strap outside of the SuperSix does not, in itself, prove you are a top fighter.

    Bute got knocked down the ladder on Saturday. He needs to earn his way back to the top.

    You're the one who should be mad. While other Butards are trying to realtivize the situation, you're here looking the other way.

    It's your choice at the end of the day but you're the one who'll suffer the most from it if Carl KTFO Buta in the same manner again.

    1 No American or popular in America fighter was involved.
    2 Bute had only one fight left in his Showtime contract, Showtime insisted that Bute should fight a US fighter.
    3 It is rumored they wanted Bute vs Ward for the Undisputed SMW championship of the world that was if Bute won against Froch, or that they want to put him against Dirrell who has a decent chance of winning and would become quite big after this win resulting in a Super ALL American Clash for the best SMW in the world

    Yeah he's gone for a split of a second but Think Magee. I mean Bute didn't gone down out cold he recovered a split of a second later.

    I think it's neither of those things.

    He wants to box as well as he can (and not rely on one punch like in the first fight) and he wants to prove to himself that he is back to the level he himself expects to be at.

    Froch is an idiot if he agrees to fight in Romania.

    He should just stick to fighting in 1st world. Nations with experience of putting on such a huge sporting event.

    True story. Most of the village idiot footage for the film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan was shot on location in Romania.

    At least the English Queen still rules over Canada ... no way they'd pull any shenanigans. Would they?

    I see it likes this:

    Lose (T/KOed hard again, after losing almost every round) = Retire
    Lose (T/KOed in a fight that was close or close decision) = fight a tune-up and then gun for the best out there
    Win = trilogy or gun for the best of the rest

    If I'm Bute I look in the mirror realize I'm 32, marketability just took a hit. Might as well do the immediate rematch, it is the biggest money fight out there for him.
