    This is too funny.

    The main news here is that Goldenboy threaten legal action in a cease and desist letter ordering Montoya to stop investigating Floyd's USADA contract and the possibility that he has already failed tests.

    Montoyo responds saying all he is doing is investigating rumours. He says this whole thing can be cleared up by disclosing the contracts and test results.

    This is an interesting little news story to see how it is played. Goldenboy will have to release the documents at some point anyway if they sue Montoya, so they should be able to clear this up easily - but I'm keen to see what happens.




    Meanwhile, the *****s are getting mad and talking about Pacquiao . . . .

    Spinning off The usada from the OSOC doesn't make it clean. The boss of the USADA worked as a lawyer defending the OSOC. Same intent excuse by the same people under a different name.

    A. I believe this boxer is on PEDS.
    B. USADA has contracts with Golden Boy that that permits a positive test to be excused if the result of inadvertent use.. this boxer HAS tested positive 3 times that were excused. And they won't disclose a potential positive B sample test until after the tested boxer had participated in the scheduled fight.
