I wouldn't. Before you know it, every hack will be demanding copies of Golden Boy contracts.

In the papers the other day a small business florist was threatened with legal action by coca cola because she had a flower design up of the olympic logo, which they felt was a copyright infringement. This was a little flower shop not no chain store, the small flower design was just for decoration, yet they still contacted her and told her to take it down.

A brand logo can not legally be copied. Coca Cola won't discriminate between a small florist and a major drinks company, if it's against the law, it's against the law.

Completely different circumstances anyway. We're talking about a journalist from a major boxing site who has excellent sources and has been given information. That's why they don't want him talking, because he may leak something. If he was just some idiot talking ****, why amuse him?

If his sources are so good, then he won't need GBP to supply him with any contracts. He should have all the info he needs.

Isn't the whole point that Floyd has to give the papers to pac's lawyers because he has counter sued PAC??? From what he posted on twitter It sounds like its got nothing to do with releasing papers to Montoya because of the legal papers issued to him by gbp

1 of a few tweets: I was told that Mayweather has countered-sued Pacquiao for defamation re: Alleged PED use. #boxing

This Montoya dude is an idiot.

Basically he is accusing the Federal government of collusion with GBP. Really?

Is the USADA even a federal agency? I don't believe it is.

There are rumors circulating that Pretty Boy failed three dope tests. Allegedly the results were never disclosed to the public because Golden Boy has an unusual contract with the anti-doping agency, the USADA.

Montoya is trying to investigate rumors that the contract allows GBP to suppress positive test results simply by asserting that the doping was inadvertent.

Another allegation is that USADA gives GBP the luxury of withholding public disclosure of positive results until after a fight, as opposed to beforehand.

As soon as Montoya began investigating, GBP's lawyer sent him a threatening letter ordering cease and desist. Montoya responded by stating that the entire issue could be cleaned up if only GBP gives him access to their USADA contracts.

That's an odd remark coming from you, as earlier, you were challenging the credibility of the allegations. You were also assailing Montoya for even bothering to investigate the issue.

I think we both agree that the bottom line here is standard of proof. The contracts are the gold standard in this case. Montoya should get access to them, so the question is settled one way or another.
