NSAC doesn't do the extensive testing of USADA. Even if Pacquiao has his medical records looked at, it won't matter because the NSAC doesn't do the CIR or testing for elevated Testosterone levels or synthetics like VADA or USADA

No, he hasn't. There was a motion for them to reveal it months ago, but it's probably been held up by appeals and delays.

 

What is Floyd sueing Manny for? Manny hasn't done anything. Isn't Floyd the only one who had made any allegations between those two? Or was that Floyd Sr.? It's getting hard to keep track of this bull****..besides, Floyd revealing these documents wouldn't force Manny to do anything.

 

It's all menaingless unless an independant body is allowed to test him unannounced whether he says he's retired or not.

But we all know that wont happen it's why he retires knows they cant test him then cycles it out and announces he is back.
