NSAC tests were not deemed to be enough by Floyd's lawyers. They want full disclosure. Meaning medical records going back over a decade. With Floyd counter-sueing, he will also release these records and will put doubt in the judges mind as to why Pacquiao would be resistant to releasing this information.

This is all to get the case thrown out.

 

Basically Montoya is full of **** and will be made to look like a fool in court for his work.

Goddamn it. Can't they just get an adult to slap them both and have them shake hands, wipe the past clean, and agree to fight already. And yes, with full random testing but we can start now all the way through. So even when Pretty Boy is in jail he can be tested and so can Pac when he is coming out of Church on holiday.

This is going to be a great HBO "Legendary Nights" special years down the line. It will probably resemble "Game of Thrones": Lots of Violence, back-stabbers, crazy plot twists, Sex, Midgets, Dragons, etc.
