Me neither, when I read the thing I believed it.....but I think AS probably exaggerated the case, Pelé is truly mad, I don´t think he would be that mad if the things were 100% true..... I need to buy this book btw....AS said bad stuff about many people...haha

I lol'd when Pele did the high voiced impression of silva. Reminds me how people used to make fun of tyson. Pele mentioned his two muaythai fights with silva that he won, he said he dropped silva in the second match. Also Pele mentioned "watching it on video". anyone have information/ video on this? Also Pele seems very angry at this, Im sure some of it is jelousy at silvas money and position in the sport but silva seems to be not very well liked by more than a few. Seems he shares some blame after all.

People say that he is "too fake" as a person.....trying to act humble when he is not humble in real life......that thing with Maia was really what made him disliked once and for all, especially by BJJ guys, who are a big part of the MMA fans... Actually Brazilian fans can be a tad unique because they really are always uncomfortable with that kind of attitudes of AS against Maia, trash talk and etc..... After what I said you can imagine how Sonnen is hated here Real MMA idols in Brazil are Minotauro, Aldo and Wanderlei (even Belfort to some extent and JDS now is very well liked as well)...... Even with that sais, AS has many fans, no doubt....

Depends of the crowd......since he is one of the guys most well known as a member of Chute Boxe in their prime, there are people who dislike him too.... But yes, people generally liked Pelé and still like the guy, he has a lot of respect....
