What we learned from Peterson is that you can 'microdose' and stay under a certain limit. You can get a 'medical exemption' because you've killed your own capacity to make testosterone by abusing it. If your doctor claims you need to be at 20/1 would that "pass" since you have a medical exemption? You really don't get this do you? We have learned there are holes in the system. The cease and desist letter indicated Montoya was implying Floyd was using these loopholes. Props to Floyd if he makes the records available to show he isn't using 'legal loopholes'. I've stated I doubted Floyd was dirty but it wouldn't surprise me if ANY boxer got caught at this point.

Basically the allegation according to the C&D is that GBP has a contract that permits quashing positive results. The USADA is a private concern and actually they need permission to release medical records just as any other firm does. When they do Olympic testing the Olympic committee is their customer. Now, if we had a national boxing commission we could have the same deal there, but we don't. Boxers and promoters are separate private contractors that hire the USADA to do the testing so their contracts don't have to mean that the information even gets passed to the state commission.

That is why the stink about the contract and the full results. I have always said I am for adequate testing. I am in no position to even know what that is though.
