Has Ward the courage to go fight Froch in England?

Quick question: Why should Ward, after having already outclassed an opponent in a somewhat neutral venue, be then obliged to travel to that loser’s hometown to settle the score?

 

So, Froch lost nearly every minute of every round to a bad version of Sven Ottke? That's quite embarrassing, that.

We will probably see after Ward fights Dawson, probably against the Kessler/Froch winner. I don't think Ward is the type of fighter to be affected by traveling, he's very mentally tough, the only factors that could work against him is the ref and judges. That said, he blew out everyone he faced in the Super Six to the point where judging was taken out of play, and I doubt that would be any different in a rematch with either Kessler or Froch.

 

Ward has no passport.

 

I'm not crying about the ref or the judge, Ward clearly won in which case he shouldn't be so reluctant to fight in the UK or Denmark.

 

I agree Ward is the man. His performence against Froch was great. But lets face it, his fight with Kessler was a disgrace. He cheated in every round over and over again in multiple ways. I know he would beat Kessler in any case, thats not the point. People who deny Ward fouled as a part of the gameplan probably have limited understanding for what goes on inside the ring.

 

I am sick to death of people acting like ward utterly destroyed froch, he did not froch landed plenty on ward (wards face proves that) and froch came on strong in that had there been a few more rounds I am not sure ward would have lasted.

Ward boxed great and stayed out of harms way very well vs froch but in no way could you ever call it destroyed it was far more competitive than ward vs kessler.

 

The difference is Ward is just a class above the likes of Kessler, Froch and all the other excellent fighters he has beaten. While I feel rematches with the above mentioned fighters would be great battles it would only reinforce Wards ability. I'm not even a huge Ward fan but I'm willing to accept the fact that he's just (simply put) better than the rest. You guys need to give it a rest, it is what it is. That being said I love Froch, the guy is a credit to the sport I hold him in the same light I hold a guy like Cotto.....hard nosed, hard working blue collar with great talent solid skills who gives anyman or even superhuman fighter a tough hard fight.

So again why should Ward go to England to fight can nobody give a logical answer for this?
Saying because other guys did is not a valid answer
Should Mayweather go to England to fight too?

because he just ended a tournament where everyone else had to travel but him.it doesn't matter if it's Kessler in Denmark,Froch in England or Bute in Canada,he should aply for a passport and leave US in order to gain recognition everywhere.for now only his fan boys see him as great,rest of the world see him as good but protected
