And most people in gyms don't go all the way down, you'll get 17yos stack up plates a side and go an inch or 2 down, where as going down till your butt hits the floor would take a serious athlete. 500lbs is what Maurice Greene used for squats but he went low to fully develop his power

No one can prove Foreman was stronger than Liston. Foreman admitted Liston was the only man to ever make him back up.

No but if you have eyes it's pretty obvious and so what if he backed up Foreman when Foreman was an amateur kid in sparring :nut

Rocky Marciano running 13 miles every day seems unlikely, I mean, the guy was boxer not a marathon runner. But atleast its physically possible. I run 7 - 15 miles a day with some days off, but I don't box anymore.

But the idea that someone could punch with a 100lb bar bell is just mad, it doesnt happen.

    I agree with your overall point but that's not a 100lb dumbell. <br />
It's 125. Each plate is 10 lbs and the dumbell is probably 5lbs.

And not only wouldn't it help with your punching power it would easily result in a rotercuff injury or a shoulder injury of some kind. This should be beyond common sense.

Why not? Prime Williams is in Top 10 Hardest Punching
Heavyweights of all Time and he was way faster than all
of them. Except maybe Louis and Tyson in terms of Speed.

When people learn that both Liston and Williams
were past their primes against Ali

when did they share a ring? Foreman was 16 when Williams was shot with .357. I have heard that they may have sparred, but have never seen an actual account. How much could of he had when they met?[SIZE]

Foreman said he had Williams as a sparring partner at some point during his (Foreman's) career. George said Williams could really bang.
