I don't get how Floyd and his promoters are threatening to sue when Floyd, Golden Boy and his family members have all taken part in spreading the whole "A-Side" story that brought on lawsuits and produced retractions and public apologies from the Promoters.

Montoya didn't really accuse Floyd the way Floyd accused PAC yet the legal team representing Floyd and his promoters are threatening to Sue?:huh Odd.... I think the letter is more to scare Montoya from continuing his actions than to really go the route of pursing legal actions.
