Perhaps if Ward doesn't want to fight Kessler or Froch he can go to Germany and fight Stieglitz and pick up another belt. He'd be an even bigger favourite against Stieglitz.

 

A robbery is Lewis-Holyfield I not Froch-Dirrell where Froch chased and missed and Dirrell ran away.

Kessler and Froch didn't have to either when they had belts but they chose to, that's the difference.

 

If Chad is drained, that's his problem not Ward's. I was mistaken about Ward calling out Dawson. Had that been the case, I would expect Ward to travel and fight at Dawson's weight class of course.

 

Ok, i'll take you at your word. I saw the fight here in the states on EPIX and when they interviewed Froch after the Bute fight, when asked about Ward he basically said he wasn't interested in a Ward re-match because of wards's style.

What more respect does Ward need? It just seems like some Froch fans are really butt hurt that as good as Froch looked against Bute, they are quickly reminded of the Ward thrashing, thus threads like this. Are there threads by Americans or Dirrell fans demanding Froch come fight in Flint, Michigan? If so, the same rules apply and it's a bunch of butt hurt Dirrell fans.

If anything Froch should give Dirrell a re-match because Carl got a gift decision. It's funny because I thought Froch beatKkessler, but Kessler got the home cooking. Karma is a ***** I guess!!!


Lastly Froch didn't fight flat footed or wild punching because Bute posed no threat. Froch was in total control after round 1. Athletes are creatures of habit, if a re-match with ward occurs froch will revert back to his usual wide punching flat footed fighting style because he will be under duress. I just don't see ythe value of a rematch in a fight that wasn't really competitive. There is no point in a Bute re-match save the contractual obligation.
