Unfortunately no matter how many of Floyds tests that Pac takes won't prove he is clean or dirty. Especially not these watered down byproduct of Olympic drug testing. Montoya never went to the extent Floyd has in accusing Manny without any shred of proof to back up his claims.

Gab from what I've read simply questions the reason Floyd and his promoters have to keep his tests under wraps.... Again.....I believe Floyd is like Nard and Pac...clean fighters who have been accused based on being successful.

I just find the letter from the law firm ironic given the situation between Pac and Floyd.

I seriously doubt he would pursue this route if he didn't have anything serious.

Besides, it's not like he's outright accused anyone of anything. He's just been tipped some information, and he's investigating it. Is that not what journalists do?

 

No trained journalist goes against people WITHOUT proof. He obviously has a VERY legitimate source and all will be revealed in time.

 

If Montoya removed the article and then asked people to take down the article where it was republished he knows he has no case in a defamation suit and is covering his tracks. If this is true his credibility in breaking knows is dead.

 

Yeah there's no doubt he has defamed Mayweather and Goldenboy, however what he has to do is get his source and smoking gun to reveal all. The source however i don't think will go public.

Any defamation case usually all depends on whether there is justification and whether Montoya can prove if what he is writing is TRUE.

Right now it looks like he thought he could get his source to speak out but his source has changed his mind. Dumb move buy Montoya definately has the dirt on Mayweather, otherwise he wouldn't be doing this.

 

I don't see what the confusion is about.

Goldenboy have told him to stop talking about very specific issues pertaining to Mayweather's contracts with the USADA and test results.

These contracts and test results will have to be submitted as part of his counter suit against Pacquiao.

Until those papers are disclosed then there really isn't going to be much to say.

what you guys are failing to realize is GBP is not mayweathers promotional company, so even if GBP's contract says failed test are showed after the fight as a clause thats not mayweathers problem... And just because someone asked hard questions doesnt mean his source has ****. For all we know he could just be asking because no one has ever accused or asked floyd like he the mayweather clan has pacman. As far as cases the lawyer in the other room aka my mother said yesterday while i was at her house pacman will not win his case because mayweather jr didnt actually accuse him till after he filed the suit. Pacman will need to sue Mayweather Sr and then file another suit against Mayweather Jr because Jr didnt actually accuse him till after the suit was filed...
