If their assertions are true, they had no choice. The got what they wanted if he deleted his claims. They made him look like a weenie. What they also got was a wider audience and lots more people questioning the process of the specific testing protocol. They couldn't allow him to continue unchecked though. Boxing rumors take on a life like in no other area.

This. According to his response he never accused anyone of anything, he just asked for GB to release the test results. Which if Floyd was clean shouldn't be a problem. I mean you already took the test, why not have evrybody see them to prove you're clean right?

No, the "I think" part is not the main point. The main point was to establish that one person is clearly stating their opinion, while another is making a statement based on what they claim is factual evidence.

So in his "common sense" rant, Floyd never said "I think" but he implied that PAC was on steroids, is that somethin that can be used in court? Floyd should start every sentence with "I think" when talking about Manny then, then there would be no problem.

Oh and "your a idiot" should be written as YOU'RE AN IDIOT. Got that, idiot?

The results are actually on USADA's website. He wants to see the contracts because as he already said he "knows" there is a clause in them that states Floyd can test positive and the result would be supressed.

What is being alleged here is that a 'summary' of the test results have been released that are tainted because of the contract wording. Specifically the allegations seems to be the contract allows for quashing of a positive result.

I think he wants to see the actual composition of tests rather than pass fail i.e testosterone ratios.

I THINK :)yep) he believes Floyd may have a therapuetic use exemption for testosterone replacement treatment, like several UFC fighters.

That's what he's getting at, from what I can tell.

So let me get this straight. If Wade says "I think Bosh is gay" and starts pointing to what he thinks is evidence as to why Bosh is gay, it's not defamation because it's only an opinion?
