I did not delete threads nor ask for them to be deleted. I don't have a personal vendetta against Floyd. I don't have a bias towards Manny. I love boxing. I want to see it do well. Above all, I want the health and safety of the fighters to be the #1 priority of everyone in power in this sport. That is evidenced not just by my PED stories but my "Mismatch Reports" and other stories on that subject. Better testing is needed. As we have seen in the past month, its clearly needed both for the safety of the combatants but also for their education.

Regarding that Floyd poking me in the chest incident, as I said on Steve Bunce's show, that is the moment I became intrigued by all of this. I had simply asked Floyd why did he choose now to ask for extra testing. He evaded the question for a long time then he tried to get physical. It didn't make me mad. It made me wonder why the leader of a movement was so touchy, literally, about discussing it. Like most of us, I was a layman when it came to PEDs in general. Like a responsible writer, I endeavored to find out everything I could on the subject. Along the way, I got to know the anti-doping culture, the landscape, different PEDs, etc. I wish boxing, its participants and its fans would do the same. Its shocking how uninformed so many are of such an important subject.

If Wade says that Bosh is gay(it doesn't matter whether he specifically says he thinks or not), and the reasons he gives are anectdotal evidence that make it clear that he actually doesn't really know one way or another and is merely stating his opinion, then Bosh will find it almost impossible to win a defamation suit against him.

On the flip side, if Wade says that he walked in on Bosh taking it up the ass from his gay lover, then Bosh would have a strong case(provided that Wade was lying).

When it comes to a defamation suit against a public figure, not only does it have to be shown that defamatory comments were made, but it has to be shown that the offending party made those claims knowing they were untrue.

If there is a contract and Montoya has seen it then put it out there. The Onus isnt on Mayweather or USADA to disprove speculation.
