He didn't plead guilty; it was no contest. Why don't you ask the plethora of other men who plead guilty to **** they didn't really do. Case law has tons of examples of this and it's not that uncommon when you face losing your life instead of taking a minimal charge. Not everyone has a video camera recording their life that they can use as evidence. Many cases are convicted on he said she said ****. Not saying he didn't do anything, but he didn't beat her and the evidence shows that. The fact that they used the taking of a cell phone as the felony charge shows they had weak evidence.
