He is a boxing writer, not some random poster or a mainstream writer who covers many sport topics. Stop trying to lower the standard he should be held at.

:patsch He has sources at the moment, which is why he is digging DEEPER, to get the truth, whether it proves true or false. He's doing his job, and you're acting like a crybaby over it.

****in rubes like you really don't know how too many things work do you.

Strange thing is, not one person on this forum was aware of these rumors Gabe was spreading until the cease and desist letter. Even now nobody has produced any evidence of Gabe writing about 3 failed tests and such, not that I know of. Pretty crappy job of spreading rumors.

Kinda different when a boxer and two trainers say it as an opinion!!!!! This journalist is saying that Floyd has infact tested positive three times in the past.

Don't see the difference? Not even a little?

Fair point, but you don't befriend the little known person and others associated with him just because he isn't as known. That shows a BS bias.

And I'm sure he has criticized other fighters. If Mayweather is the star of boxing in America, that opens him to more praise and also more criticism than anyone else.

The criticism is not the only problem, its how those criticisms are delivered. You think randomly interjecting "woman beater" or "He should be in Jail" into topics that have nothing to do with that is how writers should act? I think not.

And this thread is comically mistitled. His profile just increased tenfold, what does he have to lose, his lucrative gig at maxboxing lol. If he's got something, it's the biggest boxing scoop in recent memory, and towards a worthy cause, drug use in boxing.

It's almost like the money, manpower and time spent taking down illegal enterprises. Sure there are "little fish" to go after but there's more attention at going after a whale. That's why most resources and time are spent focusing on the big fish. It's a more challenging task.....but the rewards far out weight the energy spent tackling the "whale". Floyd is as big as it gets in boxing.....PAC too. Anything they do, say or think is news and they have more haters than anyone else in this sport.

Gabe lost the chance to join any big outfit with this embarrassment.
Someone lied to his ass, and like a idiot he didn't wait to get proof to back his ****, he ran with it and got burned, and burned badly, because of his hate. Similar to Rather and the Bush Memos.

Are you sure about that? Even if he is, that is still showing a bias. Even if that bias is justifiable because its beating a woman. As a professional journalist who is supposed to be impartial with no malice towards Floyd, and I assume towards no other boxer, he is inconsistent at least.

IIRC It was mentioned back at the DHB forum months ago along with Floyd using HRT/TRT and various other accusations. Gabe had his own thread titled something to the effect "what I've heard in boxing lately" and would randomly also drop tids bits in Floyd or PED related threads. Unfortunately, that thread disappeared the day of or after the C&D letter/response was provided by Gabe in a thread. I'm sure as the site is owned by an outside the US resident that it would be difficult to get audit trails off of the hosting servers, especially if they are privately owned, so why not just erase it? Maybe they are just hiding it; who knows and who cares. The loss of Gabe and his Floyd/PED agenda is no big deal as they just need to make them all legal and all will be well.

Gabe and his boy Conte likely just want to make cake while they can ride the wave of PED abuse in boxing....like it's fvcking anything new.

Floyd Sr, Jr and Roger all have emphatically said PAC is cheating in more than one way. I don't think it's in question IF Floyd tested positive...he did.....but they were "excused"...meaning that within the state he was fighting the substance found could be legal....maybe xlyocaine? Who knows. I just know that USADA wouldn't risk protecting ANYONE if they tested positive given their name and reputation relies on their credibility.

The similarities are GAB and Floyd made accusations....both had been threatened with a lawsuit....Floyd and company actually have pending lawsuits stemming from their accusations. Montoya maybe next.....although I havent' seen any outright accusations from his end.
