Gabe does seem to be a little feminine, so maybe he feels he relates. Honestly, I have never heard of him mentioned with a woman, have a wife or kids. Maybe he's a pillow biter and tends to be the emotional one in the relationship, so to say?:?

Chico was a champion in probably one of the, if not the greatest fight/brawls in history. Nevertheless, Chico was a little known man outside of hardcore boxing fans.

Why doesn't he comment on Manny and him betting on ****-fighting? Isn't that animal cruelty?

It's Twitter, a very casual site. The guys journalistic credibility cannot be entirely judged on what he puts on there.

Facts: writers at DHB would openly **** on Fat Dan at ESPN. No matter what you think of Dan, that is conduct unbecoming a professional, especially if you are as esteemed in industry as Gabe makes himself out to be. I could never imagine acting that way on a profession related forum that I posted on.

You'd think the GBP lawyers or someone would have taken screenshots. Maybe they're saving them for any future lawsuit, but they'd help their cause if they released this. It would make it look like less of an Erin Brokovich kind of thing. As it is, they pretty much brought dirt in the open, even if totally baseless.

**** fighting is legal over there. Do you expect a boxing journalist to start criticizing the internal policies of a country?

Bit of a difference between that and Mayweather.

Disagree with the first bold, but that's a different debate. Second, WGARA. Th sport of boxing is looked at as a toilet bowl of sports. People love it, but they don't care about the participating athletes and their welfare.

A worthy cause in boxing is eradicating the blatant and gross corruption that goes on in the game. This whole PED thing only does one thing for this sport; solidify itself as still the dirtiest & corrupt game in town.

I understand, I was supporting your statement that Gabe never commented on chico's woman beating. Woman beating is woman beating regardless of one's popularity.

Moreover, as a journalist who "just reports the news", it should be a top priority to remain impartial. Even if they hate ****, car theft, murder, or any other detestable act they should report it without constantly adding their opinion.

If Gabe was a real reporter he wouldn't need to constantly mention on twitter how Mayweather should be in jail, etc.

Dan Rafael knows absolute **** about boxing. I know for a fact that at least one writer over @ DHB was well aquainted with Rafael before Fat Ass conned somebody out of the ESPN gig. Fat Ass should get shat upon on a regular basis, IMO...

Maybe so....maybe he's been beat up by a man and being "feminine" he has it out for Floyd. Who knows.....I never really cared one way or the other. But I'm not one who respects any man who puts their hands on women. I try to separate a boxers ability in the ring and who they are outside of it simply because I want to appreciate the craft and skills they sacrifice for in order to entertain us fight fans. But some people can't do that which I understand.

Do I like Floyd as a person.... no. He's a bit corny...tries a little too hard to pull of this "THUG" act and overall he comes off fake. But as long as he fights, who is outside the ring doesn't really bother me unless it prevents fights from happening .

Not that casual. A lot of writers break stories using that medium first. Why tarnish it pewing the type of crap he does if he is supposed to be a professional?

Maybe they just didn't know where they resided or more likely, as you pointed out, maybe they are retaining them for legal purposes. I think people tend to forget that sometimes "publicly saving face" does not always correlate to the most prudent thing to do in respects to a court of law. These are often decisions attorneys have to advise their clients on because one is usually emotionally and morally driven, yet can hurt you down the line in a court of law e.g. admissibility issues
